Our properties can be found in the most popular areas for students in Clifton, Kingsdown, Redland, Cotham, Hotwells, and the City Centre. Our service is tailored to make sure that the application process for students is as stress free as possible.
We understand the transition from graduating to the world of work can be stressful, fraught with complications, especially when it comes to letting your first property as a professional. Many of our professional properties are situated in popular locations, ranging from right on North Street in Bedminster up to properties a stone's throw from Clifton Suspension Bridge.
All of our properties are complient with gas safety regulations (where applicable) and Fire safety checks. We carry out NICEIC checks for all properties and all applicances are PAT tested. Where applicable, our properties are also HMO licenced.
